CHINESE GARDEN

Today we made a trip down to Chinese Garden.  My intention was to do sunset HDR at the twin pagodas.  However, the weather was not very cooperative, it was a very gloomy evening and the rain hit us shortly after we left the place.

This is the best I can come up.  I know my pagodas are tiny, not enough zoom lah..

I also came across this weird looking tree..

I will be back to the garden again for my pagoda shot.

LITTLE INDIA 2012

It has been more than 6yrs since I last visited Little India.  Today we finally made a trip down in the afternoon. Had our lunch at USMAN restaurant.

 Our yummy lunch, bryani rice, potatoes, chicken tikka and garlic naan, washed down with teh tarik and milo. The meal is good.

 

It is a gloomy afternoon but in the evening, the sun came out and gave the place a nice golden glow.  I decided to do HDR for Little India this time round. All photos are 3 shots HDRed in Photomatrix.

Okay, I gotta admit, I am terrible with street shoot.  This was a sneaky shot that I shot blindly.

At the start of our journey, shot at the bus stop outside Tekka Centre.

The most colorful building in Little India.  This is a 6 shot pano.. We are standing too close to this and cannot move further back anymore.

On our way home from Hanami photo session and saw this pretty fellow in the warm evening sun. Managed to get one shot before he ran up the tree.
